2010 Co-Presidents’ Message
Welcome to 2010!
We at CSCA are built from our community, your enthusiasm and your professional needs. We are your opportunity as well as your challenge.
For forty years the Columbus Society of Communicating Arts has been built on the support & diligence of its members to provide an outlet for the creative community of Columbus to learn, network and progress together. Through world-class speakers, creative competition and social gatherings we have been able to cultivate a vibrant and sustaining organization that supports us all through its adaptation and resilience.
It is our privilege to be your 2010 co-presidents. We harness and are made better by a community enriched by its past, but inspired to learn and conquer new avenues. We are proud to say that our organization is starting stronger than it has ever. This is due, in part to the endless hours of support given by our volunteers, past leadership, board members and membership.
Though we may be strong, complacency is not part of our 2010 mission. We are excited to introduce you to a fantastic group of officers, representatives and volunteers. They are enthusiastic about building upon our short- and long-term goals. It is their mission to continue to create a better CSCA that does more for you and the creative community.
Of course, without members, we don’t have a community. We encourage all of you to renew or become a member this year; it is an investment in programming & career development.
We look forward to sharing our amazing lineup of world-class speakers with you and working towards a positive start to the next forty years of our society.
Sincerely,
Joy Hart and Steve Johnson
