Looking for a Creative Client Services Manager for a company in Columbus, Ohio. Must be a driven self-starter and have a make it happen mind-set. Must be able to work full-time and on site.
- Grow business relationships with current clients and assist in bringing new clients on board within a creative services business.
- Identify needs within accounts.
- Act as a liaison between the client and production teams.
- Successful candidate will come with a solid book of business and proven track record of generating sales revenue from their efforts in a creative services industry.
- 5+ years of experience in a business development type role in the creative industry.
- Operate with integrity at all times
- Take the time to get to know the client individually (personally) and authentically. Demonstrate the ability to deliver custom solutions that align perfectly with client needs all while really caring to make their lives better
- Strategic / critical thinker
- Have a track record of building credibility and perspective – ability to speak with authority and confidence
- Must LISTEN more than talk
