Digital Marketing Designer

The Creative Services team is seeking a talented Digital Marketing Designer to create engaging and innovative on-brand digital marketing promotional materials/assets from prototype through execution phase for our growing cross-functional marketing teams. The ideal candidate will be passionate about design and possess a keen familiarity creating to a Brand Style Guide and understanding customer behaviors & user experiences.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Concept, Prototype, design (and code as needed) promotional marketing materials including but not limited to email, website, display, and paid media assets
  • Effectively conceptualize seasonal campaign strategies solving project KPI objectives
  • Consider all customer touchpoints and create compelling and consistent executions that engage our Highlights Customers


  • 3-5+ years of professional graphic design and marketing experience
  • Promotional email marketing experience
  • Expert Adobe Creative Suite experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with all business contacts
  • Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Current with design trends and advances in technology best practices
  • Understanding of standards-compliant HTML, CSS, cross-browser compatibility a plus
  • User Experience a plus
