Reports to: National Marketing Director

Job Description: Through digital and online techniques and analysis, the digital marketer pursues specific goals in lead generation, lead qualification, communication, brand building and conversion. Responsible for developing the digital strategy to market all Homestead U and Homestead America properties and to gain an understanding of consumer habits and motivations along with the ability to synthesize analytics, and communicate effectively.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design, build and maintain websites
  • Manage third party digital partner in relation to all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email and display advertising campaigns
  • Generate monthly reports on our marketing campaign’s performance
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on insights
  • Assist in developing a digital marketing strategy across social media, search engine tools, and other chat rooms as appropriate
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies to build and maintain HU brands across all digital platforms. Every platform needs a strategy
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners to build digital platforms while being cost effective
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
  • Compile monthly reputation summary and identify opportunities to improve digital reputation


  • A four-year degree in Digital Marketing, New Media, Communications or related field
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite i.e. Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently to achieve ambitious goals and drive results
  • Superior communication skills to be used in presentations with the public and internal audiences
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up to date with the latest digital trends and best practices in on-line marketing and measurement
