Looking for 3 Contract Graphic Designers for a sales and marketing effectiveness consulting firm in Columbus, Ohio. Your focus will be on improving the performance of sales and marketing organizations. Demands highly creative and dynamic individuals who are interested in assisting in large organizations to improve the effectiveness of the marketing materials and process. This engagement is scheduled to directly impact the healthcare space with RFP response support. This role could also lead into a full-time/contract-hire position.


  • Creative Research & Concepting: Spend time with project team to fully understand the client’s business problems/communication objective and gain insight into the client’s ideas, perspectives and brand; translating creative/strategic direction into concepts
  • Producing Deliverables/Final Art: Develop concepts into final art for multiple elements and media that maintains the integrity of the approved concepts, presents a consistent story, and builds the brand
  • Embrace changes / revisions as part of the work: humble and open/willing to learn
  • Majority of the work is completed within templates; requires great flexibility and focus
  • Support multiple items in different stages of the development process
  • Develop anywhere from 7-15 pieces per day: handle high volume and complexity well
  • Requires high level of team interaction and changes: energetic and extroverted, tough
  • and competitive
  • Managing Creative through Production Process: Proactively manage creative through concepting, development, approvals and delivery in an efficient manner that builds client/vendor confidence and trust

Ideal Candidate:

  • Is a gifted Designer who can translate the client’s vision into compelling, appropriately branded final art for a variety of elements in different media: business savvy and is strong in math and logic
  • Recognizes poor content and will edit/fill gaps when called upon – would never say “I only do graphics”
  • Has focus that enables him/her to push multiple items through to production simultaneously under tight deadlines
  • Works quickly without sacrificing quality and knows what’s “good enough” for the situation
  • Shows natural interpersonal skills needed to build relationships and trust with clients and project teams
  • Has a history of leadership experience to work independently and defend creative concepts to others
  • Is dedicated to getting the root of an ambiguous situation and drive clarity from those findings
  • Is unsatisfied with the status quo and will always go the extra mile to drive change
  • Thrives in the opportunity to present creative ideas and concepts to internal executives: not complacent, wants to make a change


  • BS / BA required
  • Business-to-business and agency experience preferred
  • Exceptional design, production and organizational skills
  • Healthcare experience and knowledge a plus
  • Works quickly and efficiently in programs and can get up to speed on new software quickly
