JOB SUMMARY: Provides the highest-level consultation to leadership on strategic communications plans. Serves as the highest level individual contributor and expert for the production, development and implementation of specialized and cross-discipline communications and creative services products for internal and external communications in support of business goals, marketing campaigns and strategies. Builds strong relationships with business leaders through trust, teamwork and knowledge to produce success on key initiatives. Responsible for the overall holistic creative output looking at the totality of the communications including the design, content and copywriting.

Sr Consultant, Creative Services (H2)

  • 8-10 years interaction/graphic design experience across a variety of digital media
  • Deep knowledge of HTML5/CSS3 and Javascript
  • Adobe Animate knowledge is a plus
  • Has developed mobile friendly solutions and can provide guidance around mobile strategy for learning assets
  • Comfortable and fast with Framer.js or Invision, Sketch, and the Adobe suite
  • Develop high-level and detailed storyboards, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate voice interaction and design ideas
  • Enjoy coding/implementing detailed front-end experiences – mobile, web, and beyond – from quick prototypes to full experience simulations. Ideal candidate would have a strong background in browser animation via CSS keyframes and podcasting
  • Creative problem solver, often considering unorthodox yet feasible ways to push the design, and sharing these with others
  • Comfort with ambiguity and selfless collaboration with a diverse set of colleagues (co-workers, clients and mentors)
  • This is a highly cross-functional role, which requires the designer to work with multiple products, stakeholders and collaborate with wide range of design teams
