PRIMARY ROLE
The Systems Integration Sales Representative will sell integrated audio, video, and lighting systems and coordinate projects with Design Engineering, project managers and installation technicians. The position requires generating new sales leads and maintaining existing customer relationships.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Develop monthly sales leads.
2. Work with design and support personnel to develop audio, video, and lighting systems.
3. Coordinate installation project details with technical services and purchasing to manage the project.
4. Maintain existing customer relationships and respond in a timely and professional manner to all customers.
5. Tracks and provides accurate sales information to management.
6. Acquire and maintain knowledge of all product lines and services offered within company.

QUALIFICATIONS
The Systems Integration Sales Representative shall possess a minimum of three to five years of sales experience in A/V systems integration or sales experience in the following: professional audio, video, lighting, event production, alarm/nurse call, commercial security & fire, CCTV installation OR a four-year degree from an accredited college or university with emphasis in business, marketing or communications. The Systems Integration Sales Representative should possess knowledge of sales, customer relations, and project management.

Overview
The Associate Creative Director (ACD) will be responsible for leading the creative group in their efforts for aesthetic-visual design, brand experience, functional, and content design of Web or multimedia applications. The ACD helps lead in the overall company creative vision.
Description of Duties
- Lead multiple project teams in all aspects of creative interactive development
- Oversee the creative process and make creative decisions relative to the team’s accounts
- Provide design expertise to the client: ACDs are responsible for the integrity of the visual design solution
- Manage the integration of project requirements with creative concept development
- Coordinate with art directors, designers, media specialists, multimedia developers, and copywriters to identify and obtain visual assets from client
- Adhere to agreed upon delivery schedules and make notifications if delivery times have changed
- Serve as a liaison between the client, Client Services, and the creative group
- Coordinate with Client Services to interpret client needs in a coherent and constructive format for the creative development of the project
- Prepare creative documentation describing how the architecture, concept, and design reflect the strategy and audience outlined by New Business or Client Services
- Initiate and manage any creative brainstorming meetings
- Communicate with producers, information architects, and developers to coordinate site strategy, creative execution, UI design, and navigational systems as they pertain to functional specifications
- Assign responsibilities within the team; assemble team meetings
- Determine appropriate timing & necessity for freelance or outsourced help
- Responsible for: hiring/firing, reviews, disciplinary action. Sick time, personal time and vacation time will be run through ACD and forwarded on to appropriate Blue Diesel staff
- Maintain and manage the budget of supplies, reference guides, software, seminars, training, salaries, new team members, etc.
- Seek out resources such as talent, media, music, freelance services, outsourcing, etc.
- Advanced knowledge of graphic design software and interactive trends (latest versions)
Minimum Requirements
- 5-7+ years agency (or in-house agency) interactive experience
- Must have interactive experience and a degree in design, or advertising-related degree
- Must be a leader and command the most out of his or her employees
- Must collaborate closely with others in a team environment under tight deadlines
- Must be able to clearly articulate and present to clients
- In-depth knowledge of the creative process and project life cycle
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite 3, PhotoShop, Illustrator, Freehand, Director, Flash, After Effects, Final Cut, 3D programs, Web color theory, typography, illustration, photography, branding, and corporate identity are a must
- Video Production experience is required
