Creative Best: Never Settle

And that’s a wrap on Creative Best 2020! We hope everyone enjoyed this year’s at-home Creative Best experience, and we hope you’ll join us in 2021!

A Note from the Co-Presidents:

Congratulations to all of you for being proud of your work, whether or not you received an award. Creative Best—and CSCA as a whole—is about building this extraordinary village, being inspired by our work, and pursuing our passions and purpose. It has been an honor to be your leaders for this year.

In a year like 2020, we are so inspired by the bravery, fortitude, and communal spirit of the people of this city. These are challenging times for all of us, and yet in our reflection over this year we find overwhelming gratitude.

We have immense gratitude to all who came before us—fifty years is a huge accomplishment and wouldn’t have been possible without the stewardship of many leaders over many years.

We are grateful for the board members and past presidents who provided invaluable guidance throughout the year.

We are grateful for the amazing duo of Sasha Bohn and Elliott Cennamo for their herculean role in organizing this event, and the beautiful presentation and motion graphics Elliott created.

We are grateful for the entire Creative Best team: Sasha + Elliott, plus Kendra Bosse, Kelly Kistler, Danielle Scott, Danielle Deley, Rachel Castrop, Lydia Stutzman, Cory Oakley, Lance Osborne, Ron Kellow, and Gregor Gilliom for all of their help pulling off this crazy idea.

We are grateful for our guest presenters who recorded videos for this presentation: your wild creativity blew us away and made this a richer experience for all.

We are grateful for our CSCA officers who supported the structure of our organization all year long, making everything run smoothly and look effortless.

We are grateful for all of the volunteers and agencies who took the time to mentor students, design artwork, write copy, share our posts, and take photos.

And we are grateful for our sponsors who donated time, services, money, swag, raffle prizes, and more. We couldn’t have put on this amazing virtual event without you.

—Suzy Sprague & Jeremy Rosario, 2020 Co-Presidents
