The Copywriter supports the OhioHealth Marketing and Communications Department by translating strategies into compelling content that connects with OhioHealth’s audiences and helps achieve our system growth and brand awareness goals.

The person selected for this role will be expected to understand and uphold OhioHealth’s writing style, tone, voice and system messages across all channels. They will need to stay aware of larger health system content themes, while developing more specific messaging for individual service lines and audiences.

The Copywriter will need to be equally comfortable working independently as they are collaborating with members of the creative team, project managers and business partners. They must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects at once.

Responsibilities will include writing original content, proofreading, and serving as a department resource for grammar, style and voice.
