The Creative Intern is responsible for providing support to the team through a variety of channels: print, digital, web and others as assigned. The intern is expected to work 15-20 hours a week and will be managed by the Senior Art Director. He or she will assist in the development and design of graphics, logos, collateral event materials and a variety of other creative tasks as assigned. This position is paid and is encouraged to be used for course credit.

Creative Intern Duties and Responsibilities

  • Create and design vendor ready print and digital materials
  • Adhere to client brand guidelines and complete projects according to the deadline
  • Retouch and manipulate images as requested
  • Collaborate with the Creative team and project managers to create material
  • Assemble final products to be sent to print or to client


  • Sophomore, junior or senior in academic status
  • Intermediate knowledge of layouts, typography, line composition, color and other graphic design fundamentals
  • Experience with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator (experience with Microsoft PowerPoint and Word a plus)
  • Compelling portfolio of graphic design work
