Tonic Studios is looking for a highly organized, people person, who considers themselves a champion of small business, to work with our clients and production team to make their custom apparel needs a reality.

What is a Customer Relationship Manager?

The Customer Relationship Manager is familiar with client needs, as well as the role and function of each part of the production process to effectively coordinate and deliver custom apparel on time. They spend significant time communicating with the customer and others (vendors, the Tonic team, subcontractors) involved in production in order to ensure customer satisfaction with a high level of service. The Customer Relationship Manager will anticipate opportunities and issues proactively as well as manage scope using production management applications and tools. They will manage sales opportunities and leads as they come into the business.This role requires a creative approach with lots of initiative.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain positive and productive relationships with the team and customers
  • Provide outstanding customer service
  • Answer emails, respond to inquiries, greet customers at front door, and answer phone
  • Be responsive and timely in responding to questions, concerns, and requests from vendors and customers
  • Serve as a point-of-contact to the customer and cross-functional teams for day-to-day execution
  • Interpret and meet customer expectations and requirements to ensure outstanding customer satisfaction
  • Manage orders through the production cycle (quote, invoice, order products, schedule production, quality control, delivery)
  • Manages changes to the project, schedule, and production
  • Manages Accounts Receivable follow ups
  • Report to General Manager
  • Sales focused, CRM power user
  • Works with Print Lead on production schedule and communicates customer quality standards
  • Knowledge or willingness to learn production/billing software
  • Knowledge or willingness to learn about screen printing process and other services
  • Learn Production/billing software

  • Work with team to meet deadlines
  • Shipping outgoing orders

Ideal Candidate

  • Experience with customer service and project management
  • Effective verbal/written communication skills, strong listening skills
  • People person
  • Highly organized
  • Understand team dynamics and foster a positive team environment
  • High sense of urgency and attention to detail required
  • Knowledge of Google Apps, CRM savvy
  • Demonstrate ability to manage multiple, conflicting priorities, and work in a fast-paced, ever changing environment
  • Experience with Printavo and Hubspot a plus
