Job Summary:
A Designer at Brave Little Beast is responsible for developing world-class creative for our clients. You’ll take a variety of projects from concept to execution to final deliverable. These projects will include brand identity creation, print/digital collateral, social graphics, and some responsive web design.

As part of a small team, you’ll be interfacing directly with our clients so it’s important that you’re comfortable talking about your work and explaining how it solves real business problems.

But most important is your willingness to learn and drive to get better. Development is a core value at BLB, so it’s crucial that every team member is constantly looking for ways to improve themselves both as designers and human beings.

Required Skills:

  • Create logos and brand identities that capture client personality and voice.
  • Product print/digital designs ranging from brand collateral to brochures, one-pagers, and signage.
  • Execute a variety of additional projects that fall into the role such as social media graphics, swag creation, and stationery.
  • Create website wireframes and page designs with a general understanding of responsive design principles and modern web trends.
  • Monitor all assigned projects and stay on top of daily tasks.
  • Clearly present ideas and work to clients, both live and asynchronously through video.

Bonus Points For:
