Summary

Worthington Industries Consumer Products Marketing Team is looking for an experienced ecommerce product marketer to manage trade digital marketing and ecommerce promotions. The ideal candidate has successfully launched new products and new brands on Amazon, major national retailer and DTC platforms and also has experience and passion for establishing new capabilities and processes within an organization.

Responsibilities

  • Active partner in new products ecommerce launches, including contributing to development of commercial strategies with national retailers, coordinating technical, supply chain and marketing workstreams for successful launch
  • Ideate, develop and manage digital co-marketing programs with sales manager & retail customer contacts (merchant + marketing team) including program management/ execution with retailer and coordination across retailers & brand
  • Responsible for accurate, timely retailer website product page content, including leading channel-specific, seasonal campaigns and/or new products
  • Analyze & report program & campaign results; make recommendations on investments; coordinate campaigns with consumer marketing agency

Requirements

  • 7-10 years product digital marketing experience, specifically SEO and retailer in-site product placement optimization
  • Experience developing & executing campaigns with Amazon and other national retailers across mass, home improvement/hardware, sporting goods and other channels
  • Critical thinking/ analytical skills
  • Customer-facing acumen
  • Working understanding of supply chain and logistics to support ecommerce distribution
  • Self-starter with comfort in ambiguous situations
  • Capable of juggling several projects at once and meeting deadlines
  • Team player with a positive attitude
