About WSA
WSA is an interdisciplinary design firm driven by core values of design, accountability, and disruption, and we believe the design process is changing. Our team is made of architects, interior designers, and graphic designers because the concept of a rigid, “do it this way” approach is being replaced by collaborative, interdisciplinary teams that actively listen, learn, and partner. We emphasize collaborative research to pinpoint the work or learning environments clients have always wanted and deserved. WSA designs environments that engage people, propel growth, and drive profit, and our unique mix of strategists, researchers, new thinkers, breakthrough designers, and technical experts all focus on collaborative solutions to pressing client issues.
Our award-winning work is proof that diverse perspectives drive design excellence. Our agile studio allows team members to fit into the context of their daily work, create flexible schedules, and collaborate in real time. We are dedicated to our community and to our partners, so we work to diversify our perspective and learn new ways to exist as innovators.
We offer a competitive benefits package, including support for professional development and licensure, access to technical design resources, flexibility and a hybrid working arrangement, career growth, competitive medical insurance and 401k package, and generous PTO. Salary range is $70,000 – $85,000 based on experience.
We believe everybody deserves an environment that works.
