Salary range is $70,000 – $85,000 based on experience.

Summary/Objective
The Experience Design Manager at WSA has the primary responsibility of overseeing the design and production of graphic design work as well as managing client expectations within the partnership model. This role holds a unique and heavy burden of requiring a certain level of flexibility and adaptability while creating organization and balance with both clients and project teams.

  • Oversight of graphic-centered project teams, holding ownership over specialist responsibilities
  • Oversight of design and fabrication documents and applications
  • Managing project budgets and schedules
  • Staff allocation, ensuring all projects are getting adequate attention
  • Identifying project specific design standards
  • Maintaining partnership diagram (satisfying client needs)
  • Setting internal project deadlines
  • Delivering client presentations
  • Reviewing all deliverables prior to delivery

Supervisory Responsibility
This position is responsible for overseeing the experience design project work.

Required Education and Experience

  1. Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field.
  2. Experience integrating architecture and environmental graphic design
  3. Experience using Photoshop, InDesign, and other Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
  4. Experience organizing and maintaining files.

Preferred Education and Experience

  1. Experience managing design of higher education and/or corporate workplace projects preferred.
