As a member of our Dev team, you’ll be responsible for developing Drupal sites with integrations like Salesforce, HubSpot, and more. You will be working alongside producers and designers and collaborating with them to build top-tier creative solutions for the client.


  • Ability to showcase your work (portfolio is required, GitHub optional)
  • Expert-level experience developing Drupal sites using Composer for dependency management
  • Ability to write HTML, CSS, and JS in your sleep
  • Utilizing animations libraries like GSAP
  • Able to adapt to and advocate for new technology + libraries
  • Great communication skills internally and client-facing
  • Ability to manage your own set of tasks
  • Expert at creative problem-solving


  • Experience upgrading Drupal 7 sites to Drupal 8/9
  • Build custom Drupal modules
  • Build de-coupled sites
  • Build ADA / WCAG 2.1 compliant sites with tabbing / screen reader testing experience
  • Experience with Pantheon hosting

  • Providing a dev perspective during the design concept stage and setting functionality expectations
  • Crank out some Drupal component builds using HTML, SCSS, JS, jQuery, and Twig within our base Fire theme
  • Collaborate with the design team and polish your build with some animations utilizing GSAP or another JS animation library
  • Share a new library, framework, or tool that you found with the team that you want to use on a project
