The ideal candidate is a creative team player that will be able to think strategically across different media platforms and own the creation process from inception to production. You must be able to work both independently and collaboratively.

The entry-level designer is responsible for day-to-day design and production of retail or B2B focused advertising campaigns and project level work that can include print, digital, email & social media, photography and video projects for multiple clients or brands. Responsibilities include concept development, design execution and adaptation & production. The designer is responsible to maintain a high level of awareness with client activities, follow brand guidelines/style guides and exhibit professional communication with key client and internal contacts.


  • Collaborate with the account and strategy teams to develop concepts for multi-channel campaigns or project level work
  • Demonstrate excellent design skills (composition, layout & typography) on a day-to-day basis to fulfill the creative brief, achieve the desired/appropriate aesthetics and are optimized for the channel deliverable
  • Perform creative execution and production for approved concepts through all proof cycles.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop photo plans, conduct photo swipe research for visual essence, and illustrate or direct illustration for specific photo art direction/composition.
  • Perform work efficiently, on-time, accurately and in organized manner ensuring that latest files are backed up on the server.


  • B.A. in Graphic Design
  • 1-2 years agency experience as intern or assistant
  • Exceptional organization skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and projects with strong prioritization skills
  • Ability to self-manage with excellent time management skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Deadline oriented and works well under pressure
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a creative environment

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present information in verbal, written or visual form to a variety of audiences (internal team to client executives)
  • Ability and willingness to work extra hours when necessary to meet deadlines
  • Expert knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite including but not limited to InDesign, Illustrator, PhotoShop, After Effects and Premiere. Experience with Adobe XD or Sketch would be considered a plus.
  • Illustration skills are considered a plus.
  • Experience in video editing, motion graphics or 3D still and motion graphics is a plus.
