Our Columbus office, which is home to the firm’s growing environmental graphics studio is seeking a junior to mid-level graphic designer with at least 2 years of experience. With the intention of broadening our studio offering, we are seeking a designer with diverse interests and a great personality. Demonstrated experience and skills required in innovative problem solving, graphics and writing. Wide range of projects including brand development and identity design, wayfinding audits and sign systems, interpretive signage, interior environmental design and placemaking opportunities.

Responsibilities include:
Working directly with the environmental graphic studio, firm principals and staff to plan and design brand systems, identities, wayfinding, signage, branded environments and placemaking opportunities.
Contributing to the planning and design of graphics for Landscape Architecture, Urban Design and Planning, along with the Business Development team as needed, including working on Marketing materials.
Designer will be engaged in every aspect of a project, from concept ideation, to development, design, and implementation. The right candidate will be essential to our team and have an opportunity to define their role as the studio develops.

Required:
Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop
MS Office and Windows OS experience
Strong design/layout abilities along with creative problem solving
Written and verbal communication skills Organizational skills, the ability to multi-task and time management skills
SketchUp (not required, but appreciated)

Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, advertising, environmental design or visual communications
2 years of professional design experience
