We are looking for a self-starter who has experience designing solutions for branding, wayfinding, environmental branding and social. Our ideal candidate is a problem solver who gets excited about working on solutions that make the human experience in an environment more user friendly. Successful candidates will command the following characteristics:
1-3 years of agency experience
Detail-oriented with a critical eye;
Fearlessly creative, enthusiastic, inquisitive and passionate about design;
Collaborative, team-oriented with integrated design and leadership capabilities;
Strong written and verbal communication skills;
Aptitude for digital software including: Adobe Creative Suite, Sketchup, Revit (not required, but a plus) desire to learn new programs that make the job easier and more seamless, as well as social channels, comfort in google apps;
Strong graphic communication skills;
Strong time management skills;
Takes direction and hits the ground running;
Ability to accept and implement constructive feedback from internal and external stakeholders;
Key Responsibilities:
Design thoughtful solutions for a wide variety of environmental and marketing projects. Projects include but are not limited to: presentations, wayfinding signage, environmental graphics, social media posts, sales and marketing collateral.
You should be able to present your work in a clear and concise way. The designer should also be able to answer any questions about creative direction as well as have it backed up by a well thought out graphics strategy. The designer must also have the ability to lead or contribute to brainstorm sessions that drive creative direction.
Our designer will be expected to manage the creative project details and ensure the quality of each and every project. Our designer should ask all the right questions at the start of the project and ensure timelines are met and client expectations are exceeded.
