Conspire is a small (but mighty) Columbus based & people focused branding & creative services agency. We are positioning for growth in 2021 and looking to add a skilled Manager of Business Development (MBD) to the team. The right person should first and foremost love connecting and collaborating with people of all sorts (read, extrovert). An individual with relentless positive energy, the MBD will expand Conspire’s market engagement, target and develop new business and work with the Owner / Principal work to promote the health of relationships between the Conspire team and it’s current and future clients.
Job responsibility mix:
- Become an expert on Conspire’s approach, operations
- Stay current on competitive landscape and industry trends
- Work with Principal to create sales strategy
- Prospect potential new clients and convert to active clients
- Collaborate with team to create effective sales tools and winning proposals
- Work with creative team to ensure deliverable meet or exceed client expectations
- Lead network and association relationships on behalf of Conspire
Skills & qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in related field
- Demonstrated achievement in B2B sales
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including leading group presentations
- Proficiency in Adobe Creatice Suite and Google Workspace applications
- A heart and eye for great creative
- The ability to become a subject matter expert on the job
- Problem solving skills and resourcefullness to develop and propose personalized solutions for clients
