This home-based position will coordinate the design and production process for various marketing materials and assist in the execution of marketing campaigns. The position will collaborate internally and with clients to develop marketing assets while maintaining strong brand standards. This position will also work closely with others on the marketing team to maintain and improve the online website experience for clients and consumers. The ideal candidate will bring the perfect mix of creativity and tactical execution skills to a wide variety of projects including graphic design, website management, and marketing campaign implementation.

Primary Responsibilities:
Graphic Design and Editing

  • Design new graphics for marketing campaigns from creative concept to final production
  • Edit existing graphics and marketing campaign items
  • Coordinate printing and fulfillment with external vendors
  • Develop infographics to clearly communicate data and information
  • Create and edit marketing templates for Power Point presentations
  • Align communications and collateral with company brand guidelines
  • Build email templates and brand for targeted communications

Online Branding and Website Support

  • Review and update websites for better user experience and branding
  • Customize and create digital assets for corporate and client websites
  • Review and edit source code (primarily CSS and HTML) as needed
  • Assist in completing ticketed change or implementation requests as needed

Campaign Implementation Support

  • Produce and edit ad creative for Google, Facebook and other search or social networks
  • Provide assistance placing search and social advertising as needed
  • Use campaign and project management systems to remain on schedule and track results
  • Coordinate with vendors and partners as needed during projects


Administrative and Other Duties

  • Aggregate data from multiple reporting sources for presentations and reports
  • Create templates for clearly presenting and sharing reporting information
  • Support day-to-day marketing operations and other projects as needed
  • Support needs of all Student Choice business units

Education, Experience, and Key Competencies:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a marketing?related field and 2+ years professional experience
  • Relevant product and industry knowledge with experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies (credit union experience highly valued)
  • Proficient in Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) is required
  • A strong portfolio of previous work is encouraged
  • Ability to conceptualize and communicate ideas with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and email delivery tools a plus
  • Highly organized with planning, multitasking, and problem-solving ability
  • Self-motivated with proven experience in project management to thrive in a remote office setting and meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and third parties
  • Stress tolerance in a high-paced environment
  • Contributes to team through effort, positive attitude, and willingness to go beyond requirements
