An experienced Project/Account Manager (Producer) is a creative and strategic thinker who understands a client’s business and thrives on leading a team in developing multi-channel branded experiences. Someone who enjoys building relationships, leading projects, fostering creativity and collaboration, and feeding the culture while delivering award-winning ideas and solutions.


  • 2-5+ years experience in a studio or agency focusing on building brand and/or digital experiences
  • Ability to drive teams and manage scope, timeline, invoicing, and internal/external communication for all types of initiatives, including original content creation, branding, responsive website design/development, mobile applications
  • Comfortable working with multi-disciplined teams across branding, writing, design, video, and photography, motion graphics, 3D, front-end/back-end technology, and quality
  • Ability to learn about your clients’ business and build deep and trusting relationships with your clients
  • Ability to manage and maintain knowledge transfer between multiple tracks of work
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and iterative environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills with impeccable attention to detail
  • Moderate understanding of front end and back end development processes and best practices
  • Deep experience effectively using project management and collaboration tools such as Trello, Smartsheet, Basecamp, G-Suite, Bugherd, and/or Slack
  • Ability to gather details and requirements in order to prepare scopes of work, estimates, and timelines
  • Comfortable problem solving day-to-day account issues that are sure to pop up
  • Facilitate branding sessions, brainstorms, and project work sessions

Typical Day as a Producer @ Bonfire Red

  • Get into the studio around 9 AM and grab some coffee
  • Curate a playlist on Sonos and wait until someone asks “Who put this on?” #RespectTheQueue
  • Lead a standup with your teams to review projects status and ensure they have what they need
  • Throw on some headphones and write a statement of work for a new client project
  • Head over to The Hills Market for some lunchtime grub
  • Prepare for a creative presentation with a client by reviewing the deck and ensuring everything is polished
  • Jump into a work session with a creative director and design team to strategize the core architecture of a site
  • Head over to Little Palace for an after-work refreshment and conversation with friends
