Holden Ellis, a creative marketing agency, seeks a Project Coordinator to help coordinate and manage projects as well as communicate directly to clients regarding status and performance of projects and campaigns. Our ideal team member uses their Type-A powers for good to keep us moving forward on-time, on-budget, and on-awesome.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Work with teams to develop timelines, estimates, and budgets
  • Monitor and track projects, produce and distribute status tracking reports, and provide proactive recommendations to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
  • Assist the creative team in managing and prioritizing workloads
  • Lead daily team huddles to ensure deliverables are being met
  • Manage communication and approvals between creative and client teams
  • Recognize issues and report as needed
  • Understand and apply knowledge of the creative process and the business of the agency
  • Identify and implement improvement opportunities to apply to future projects through various solutions
  • Exceed customer expectations through advocacy and proactive trouble shooting

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Minimum of three years traffic or project management experience (advertising, PR or creative agency preferred) ideally with P.M. or L.S.S. certification
  • Experience using project management reporting tools such as Monday
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client and vendor interactions
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Continuous process improvement mentality
  • Ability to balance priorities in a multi-faceted environment
