WHAT WE ARE REALLY LOOKING FOR
• You are excited to be an active participant in leading and creating kick ass design for BFR and your clients with the team
• You partner with the creative lead to prepare agenda, materials, questions and ideas for kick-off and strategic brand work sessions
• You are excited to learn about your clients’ businesses
• You love to build deep interpersonal and trusting relationships with your clients
• You have solid intuition on what level of communication, detail and education your client and team(s) will need through the project lifecycle
• You are able to gather necessary details and business requirements from a client for a new initiative in order to prepare scope
• You are able to prepare a proposal, Statement of Work and Change Order for your client initiatives
• You are able to prepare initial scope, estimate and timeline and partner with your internal team leads to review and refine
• Must have the ability to drive team and manage scope, timeline, invoicing (client/contractor) and internal/external communication for all types of BRF initiatives from A-Z (original content creation, branding, responsive website redesign, mobile applications)
• Must have the ability to understand, leverage and master additional producer templates and tools that are required based on the client, initiative and complexity
• Must thoroughly understand the connection, importance and your role in BFR revenue, expenses, estimation, pricing strategy and margin

MUST-HAVE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • 3-5+ years experiencef ocused in branding (Brand ID, print) consumer-facing digital products (website, digital tools, mobile apps) in a studio or agency environment
  • Demonstrated experience in:
    • Successfully building web/app products from conception through to execution and beyond
    • Managing and maintaining knowledge transfer between multiple tracks of work
    • Working with multi disciplined teams across Strategy, UX, Design, Analytics, Technology and Quality Assurance
    • Change management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile and iterative product development environment

  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills with impeccable attention to detail
  • Solid understanding of front end and back end development
  • Previous experience using project management and collaboration tools such as Trello, Basecamp, G-Suite, and Slack.
