• Coordinates with design team manager, director for brand strategy and visual communications, and client offices to design original artwork for projects and campaigns while analyzing such factors as subject matter, tone, mood, intended audience, usage, distribution, budget, timeframe, required brand standards, and specifications
  • Ensures graphical consistency and branding standards throughout multiple media channels in collaboration with design team manager and director for brand strategy and visual communications
  • Collaborates with marketing and communications Specialist to request and evaluate print bid proposals based on quantity, size, cost, timeframe, and type of printing (digital or offset) required and assign
  • Coordinates with marketing and communications specialist to prepare electronic prepress files according to industry standards by:
  • Reviewing vendor proofs and determining need for press checks
  • Ensuring high quality print standards through thorough reviews of digital proofs
  • Maintaining positive relationships with external print vendors
  • Ensuring that all files are archived and backed up in accordance with industry and The Christian and Missionary Alliance standards
  • Utilizes a strong working knowledge of graphic design software and hardware including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Acrobat, Apple Macintosh computers and peripherals, and desktop scanners
  • Prepares files for use on the Alliance Web Site, social media, and video
  • Supports and may be required to attend biennial General Council
