RUDIS is currently seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to combine their experience, problem solving abilities, and creativity to elevate our brand. This designer will be comfortable taking the lead on a variety of creative projects including footwear and product campaigns, Team RUDIS athlete promotion, and RUDIS Team Gear marketing campaigns. This role requires an individual with an amplified level of passion, creativity, versatility and focus to establish graphic direction and strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Concept and build visual narrative for marketing campaigns
  • Applying on-brand design solutions across digital, video, mobile formats and presentations, from execution thorough final production
  • Own project management of assigned work and delivering on time
  • Create web design, graphic design and layout design
  • Develop mood boards, creative briefs, and other assets as required to instruct design direction
  • Develop thorough knowledge of the business services and products in order to provide design elements in alignment with positioning, messaging and branding
  • Clearly communicate the reasoning behind design choices and amend designs based on feedback
  • Proactively search for solutions to business problems through design and user experience

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Art, Design or Related Field
  • 6+ years of experience in Graphic Design, Design, Marketing or related field
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and WordPress
  • Shown ability to apply and perform graphic design skills, including drawing/sketching, typography, ideation, color theory, use of texture, spacing, and scale, visual presentation development and layout
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while accomplishing daily tasks
  • Leads by example and guides the work of junior designers, and communicating clearly to peers
  • Identifies trends and pushes towards industry leading solutions while also challenging the status quo
  • Competent understanding of marketing, advertising, and technology
  • Self-directed with an ability and willingness to move with purpose and a strong sense of urgency
  • Ability to present, critique and be critiqued
