Our client is looking for an experienced and skilled Senior Product Designer to join their growing design team. Figma is a must!

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with teams of product owners, developers, and strategists and contribute to our approach: designing the right thing, then designing the thing right
- Be instrumental in bringing wonderful experiences to life
- Be proficient with a handful of modern design tools like Figma, Sketch, Miro, Zeplin, and Invision
- Be a champion and voice of UX best practices for our client teams and projects
- Be comfortable making key decisions and setting direction for the team, based on research and requirements
- Present design choices and rationale based on user input and feedback
- Have a passion for mentorship and learning – sharing with both client and team
- Be comfortable wearing multiple hats
- Be comfortable doing the work, but flex for some research Interviews
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- At least 5-7 years of experience in a UX design position
- Ability to gather requirements and translate them into experiences
- Familiarity with leveraging, building, and contributing to design systems
- A solid understanding of usability best practices as it pertains to digital experiences
- Experience owning the design of responsive web experiences and digital products
- Experience collaborating and leading conversations with development teams including Product owners, Developers, Researchers, and other Designers
- Proficiency with modern tools like Figma, Sketch, InVision, Zeplin, Miro, Mural, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience and understanding of evaluative testing practices and iterative design
- Taking an idea from concept to sketches, to high fidelity design comps ready for development
- Ability to provide thoughtful, and constructive feedback for team members
- Multitasks – prioritizes and meets deadlines promptly and on time
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills, as well as attention to detail
- Portfolio of samples that demonstrate your experience
BONUS SKILLS:
- Motion and/or After Effects are a bonus
