The Visual Communications Manager will be an integral member of the BBB marketing team overseeing all of the visual and video creation and design for all customer and consumer-facing outlets.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and manage digital assets (web ads, billboards, social media assets, etc.)
  • Design and manage print assets (marketing collateral, quarterly print newsletters, annual reports, etc.)
  • Produce, update and submit TV spots to media
  • Produce, edit and manage various video projects (promotional, tutorial, testimonial and client spotlights)
  • Create artwork and assets for BBB events and programs
  • Manage stock library and brand assets
  • Update website and develop additional local landing pages
  • Photograph company and staff events
  • Record and edit podcast episodes
  • Develop and update email templates and presentations to support the team
  • Manage in-house BBB Branding Design Service program
  • Performs other duties as assigned

The ideal candidate should possess the following:

  • 3-5 years working in a Visual Communication role
  • Demonstrated expertise in the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
  • Intermediate user experience in After Effects and Final Cut Pro
  • Intermediate video editing skills
  • Excellent storytelling skills and the ability to bring ideas to life
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
