The Creative’s Journey

Are you aspiring to “go viral” and hit the big time in 2017? Or do you feel it’s always the wrong place, wrong time? Where is that magic dragon hiding?

CSCA is proud to present Andy J. Miller—renowned illustrator, author, podcaster (Creative Pep Talk) and pizza aficionado—who will talk with us about real success and what it takes to get there: the process, the thinking, the strategy. Citing influences from Mary Blair and Peter Max to the beloved Muppeteer Jim Henson—Andy Miller (aka “Dr. Pizza”) has seen it all. The joys, the angst, the nuance, the uncertainty, and the thrill of making a good living by creating great art.

On February 16, he’ll share some of his experience and insights with us. Come check him out, meet some of your fellow local creatives, and learn the recipe for creative success. And who knows—we might even learn what makes a great pizza, too!
