Your “Take Off” will be successful by doing the following with excellence:
- Build weekly and monthly social media calendar for CRAA channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok)
- Supports social media efforts to enhance customer experience and strengthen community relationships through monitoring online conversations
- Responding to social media messages and comments utilizing the brand tone and voice
- Monitors trends across social media channels and evaluates new creative ideas that will increase engagement and effectiveness of all social media efforts
- Analyzes and reports on social media metrics
- Collaborates with Communications & Marketing team on ideas and solutions for digital, social, web, video, photo, creative and other campaigns
- Assists with the work of marketing/advertising/photo/video companies
- Collaborate with Digital Media Specialist on website content
- Manage a summer-long social media campaign, and adjust as needed
- Create content for other digital channels such as websites, newsletters, blogs, etc.
- Assist with marketing campaigns, special events and passenger engagement
- Performs related work as required
Your “Landing” will be smooth if you meet the following requirements:
- Studying Digital Media/Social Media, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Journalism, or similar
- Creative writing and editing skills
- Knowledge of written, spoken, casual, slang, humor, and colloquialisms of the English language
- Knowledge of social media platforms
- Ability to maintain the confidentiality of information and professional boundaries
