We are seeking a talented and motivated Graphic Design Production Specialist to join our team of industry-leading real estate professionals. As a Graphic Design Production Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting the Brand Manager, while being an integral part of our excellent customer service experience as you bring our clients’ projects from concept to completion.
Your primary responsibilities will include creating printed and digital marketing materials, supporting the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, and assisting with content creation. You will work closely with our Brand Manager.

As a Graphic Design Production Specialist, you will be an essential part of our team, and we will provide you with the resources and support you need to succeed.
Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of the production process, preparing files for print, and ensuring the seamless production of high-quality printed materials
- Utilize digital printers for the implementation of marketing and design initiatives
- Work with the Brand Manager to assist in the creation of graphics for various projects and events
- Work closely with the Sales Team to address customer needs and promptly handle revisions
- Independently manage our TikTok Account and assist the Social Media Specialist in overseeing our Facebook and Instagram accounts
- Undertake various marketing-related tasks as required by the design team
Qualifications:
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat
- Experience with typography & layout design
- Experience working across social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
- Proficiency in Google Suite
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
